런타임 컨텍스트

Fetcher는 string URL request에 OpenAPI metadata를 ky context로 주입합니다.

pathTemplate은 interpolated URL이 아니라 client에 넘긴 original template입니다. method는 runtime에서 lowercase로 normalize됩니다.

기존 컨텍스트 보존

직접 ky context를 넘기면 fetcher는 전체 object를 대체하지 않고 openapi를 merge합니다.
